New Home Sales

Sales of new one-family houses in July 2009 were at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 433,000. This is 9.6% above the revised June 2009 estimate of 395,000.

Advance Report on Durable Goods Manufacturers’ Shipments, Inventories, and Orders
